I am the receiving end customer and I signed the sale documents in May and I have been waiting since for the payment and I only get feedback when I call or send an email. I enquired early this week wanting to speak to someone higher than Jabu who is the lady assisting me and I was promised to get a call and an email feedback but that never happened and it doesn't justify the fact that I am still waiting for payment. I hav3 never receives such *********** service from any industry.
