Incompetence and harassment

I settled my Standard Bank account on the 27th March 2020 through the above mentioned attorneysand arranged a debit order. Till this day I am still awaiting for a settlement letter. Was told that I must wait for 21days which I did but everytime I call I am being told stories. Now I am being harassed by other attorneys to make payment for something I have already paid for. My credit record is on the line here and its such a set back after working so hard to fix my credit score
