I need my settlement letter

I was contacted by Strauss Daly about an account, I was offered a settlement offer through email - which I accepted, however I expressed that the timing was not ideal, and I can only pay month end and had promised a 2-part payment. The advisor Michelle Govender then sent a response to say I had been called multiple times, however the number doesn't even ring on my end as it comes as blocked. I've manually unblocked the numbers and still I cannot get their calls. I was then offered the settlement again month end.

As I had previously accepted it, and it was given to me again with an extended date - I paid the full settlement amount. Since I made the payment, the calls had stopped. Michelle was no longer responding especially after I requested a settlement letter. I am now getting these calls again and I cannot answer them to get feedback on my settlement letter and Michelle has not answered a single email.
