i am tired of the lady at strauss a zulu girl

i am paying strauss daly one account every time the debit went through there is a 067 number callingme to pay finchoice account and when i ask which finchoice they drop the call and last time the lady a zulu lady was so rude to me wheni ask her the details of the account ,so i dont know if this people **** our id and check our itc so that they can make money and i dont have more than 5 finchoice account all my accounts of finchoice are with hammondpole,so i am wondering i thinki must also change mybank acount cause this people keepannoyingme
