Harassment still happening

I have written a review in Aug about the harassment that I have to endure by this company. I was informed that this will be sorted, this is now 3 months later, and I still get harass by your call center. Now message is left just dropped calls till 19:00 in the evenings. I have received 7 calls yesterday alone. Why do you tell me that this matter has been resolved than carrying on harassing me? As indicated previously I will now move forward to report you to the ombudsman.
