Handing over a deceased person
So my brother passed away in 2021. We sent the death certificate to Ackermans and Tuesday I got a call from the attorneys they want to speak to him. I then informed the attorneys he passed away and they asked for a death Certificate wich I email and Wednesday again aaking to speak to him I then what's app the death certificate and then said I am going to seek legal advise. They called again askong to speak to my brother I don't understand what you are not getting he is deceased. The attorneys are inconsiderate and cannot read a email or a what's app now I am done with it. I am going to take legal action as this is harassment!!!

After the message saying that Strauss Attorneys will close this case I received a message today that no payment received. Your company is inconsiderate and harasses people. I will now be seeking legal advise and taking this further as I called this morning and no call back to sort this out. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!
