DO NOT USE FOR CONVEYANCING !

Avoid using this firm for property purchase. If you find yourself already using them (unfortunate) here is some advice.

* Back EVERYTHING up with an email. What I have been told by three members of staff there verbally, turned out to be completely wrong. For example agreed fees.

* Insist on dealing with actual lawyers and not interns/trainees or general admin staff, ultimately that is what you have paid for.

* DO NOT allow them to 'invest' your money for you until transfer, you are better off leaving it in YOUR bank and getting a bank guarantee.

Very unprofessional, bad attitudes and just terrible service in general.
