Disgusting behaviour from +27 (78) ***

I received a call from +27 (78) *** a woman stating that she works for the company calling regarding my Direct Axis Account that has been handed over. I told her that I am currently unemployed hence I have been unable to pay and this was communicated with the prior company that the account was with. I told her it’s been a year and 6 months of unemployment I went to ask her what happens in that case. She then goes on to tell me that that is not their problem and that the contract states that even if you are unemployed you must pay. She further indicated that if you are in South Africa you must be earning SRD Grant I said to her unfortunately I do not get any grant. She then started being extremely rude so I told her mam I’m going to put this phone down because you are being rude . That is when I slammed the phone.
