Disappointed with time wasting. Can someone help without a threat.

I am so disapointed with this bank regarding my credit card. I have spend hours on the phone trying to make a payment arrangement after bereavement. They advise I need to contact legal(your company) to make arrears payment so the account is handed back to them.. I contacted legal and they advise me ABSA IS providing false information... Please can somebody help me as I want to make payment WITHOUT closing my account.. I have threats I need to pay today but asba can't help I need to apply for card... I've had 4 calls to card collections advising I need to make minimum payment and they can handle.. Dalys Attorney saying pay now.. Pay all. And close ur account or a summons.. What is happening??????
