Disappointed at Strauss Daly

This is for Strauss Daly in Sandton Johannesburg, the way they handled my registration is so disappointing, they got instruction from the bank and they only contacted me after a month now after three month of them not doing their job, they just realised that they didn’t do due deligence of the seller the whole documents signed by clients are completely incorrect, all of their employees who handled my files reigned what is that saying for a big law firm like this I’m very disappointed they take people for granted maybe it’s because I am black
