************* deceiving Strauss Daly Attorneys

I was offered settlement amount on the 16th Feb 24. I then paid it all on the 19th of Feb 24. Before making the payment the STRAUSS team was very considerate and available and responded to my calls or Emails. In a phone call they confirmed to have received the payment and would email me the paid up letter. I have been calling to request that they furnish me with the letter but till today it has not been done. Now they no longer take my calls nor respond to my emails. It is very much disturbing that professionals who should uphold the law would behave in this barbaric manner. I had to make ends meet for me to settle this account having to forfeit meeting the basic needs at home so i can raise the amount. It is safe to say that Strauss Daly Attorneys are professional ****mers. Their modus Operandi lacks ethical behavior and due diligence.

I had read the bad reviews on them before making the payment. However i thought i should give them the opportunity to do justice but sadly that was the worst financially mistake i did.
