DAILY Harassment over a Settled Account

I am tired of the continuous daily harassment over a paid up loan from Standard Bank. For the past 3 months, I am being harassed and over the last few weeks on a daily basis - over a Standard Bank account that has been fully paid up and closed. Standard Bank has failed to update their records and communicate with YOU to have the account closed YOUR SIDE. Despite my numerous efforts and back and forth communication with the relevant paid up letter sent to the plethora agents I am still being harassed and threatened!!! CAN YOU GUYS SERIOUSLY NOT READ PROPERLY, WHICH PART OF FULLY PAID YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND? I am being told that Standard Bank still reflects an outstanding balance. LIASE WITH STANDARD BANK COLLECTIONS AND NOT ME!! I HAVE CALLED THEM THIS HAS BEEN FULLY PAID UP!! STOP YOUR CONTINOUS DAILY HARAS*****T!!!
