COMPLAINT

My arrears Standard Bank account was handed over to Strauss Daly Attorneys. Firstly I was very unhappy as There was Letter drafted by the attorneys which stated that no response was given from me after the delivered document. Although I've been in contact with Standard Bank as well as Strauss Daly in order to try and make an arrangement since 18 December 2020 When speaking to Wayne @ Strauss Daly he informed me that he need to get the acceptance from Standard Bank, however no response was ever received. I think it's very unprofessional and discriminating stating to a court that the client didn't respond even though contact was made and no joy is obtained from the bank and attorney.
