Bridging PoPi Act violation

I Received a call from one of your rude agents which I followed up on using my own contact number to find out the reason for the call. Got through to an even more annoying customer service agent(Samukelisiwe) that was so unprofessional, had no telephone etiquette and was all nonchalant and worse spoke over me with no resolution what so ever! If this is the kind of training that you provide to your agents then you’re clearly doing something wrong as nothing will ever get resolved. None of the “threats” they make to unknown people will ever assist in them with finding the right person to speak to. It’s so unfortunate that all the information they required is a click away but because of their unruly attitude and behaviour towards people they will never succeed in their targets or jobs due to their lack of respect and communication. And that goes to the likes of Samukelisiwe and all your employees. Remove my contact information while at it because I will no longer be civil towards any of your employees as they lack basic skills required to get their job done. Should I continue to get such calls I will report this breach to the ombudsman
