Appalling Legal Practice
Anyone buying or selling property must please be aware of using Strauss Daly Cape Town as Conveyancers as their service is Appalling. It has been 10 Months since I bought property and the transfer has still not taken place. They do not seem to know the required documents to send to the deeds office and Strauss Daly will never admit when their wrong. They are so quick to blame the whole world for their incompetence but themselves. Please people do not make the same mistake I did by using Strauss Daly if you do not want to have depression avoid them at all costs.
