Complaint:Stratton Property Management - Unfair treatment, Hiding Behind Trustees, and violation of Rights

I am a resident at Greenbay Estate in Gordon's Bay, managed by Stratton Property Management. Due to financial difficulties, I fell behind on levies and requested a payment arrangement. Instead of working with me, I was told to pay R26 000 upfront (or we say percentage without exposing the amount) an impossible demand currently.

Since 06 August 2025, my access to the property has been restricted. I can only use the pedestrian gate, while vehicle access is blocked. This means I cannot use my transport to take my children to school or even urgent medical appointments. I've had to rely on costly e-hailing, which I can no longer afford. My children have now missed school, and their constitutional right to education has been infringed.

I have made payments in good faith,yet I've been met hostility and disrespect by the site manager, even infront of my children. On one occasion, when my son was unwell, I was refused entry through the gate and forced to pay alternative transport to get him medical help.

Stratton hides behind the Board of Trustees to justify this treatment, but the reality is that my rights to dignity, freedom of movement, and access to my own property have been violated. Being a single parent, the degrading treatment has left me distressed and unsupported.

I am not denying my levy responsibility - I am asking for fairness, dignity, and lawful treatment. Stratton's conduct is unacceptable and must be held accountable.
