STORAGE KING SA : MISSING ITEMS - ****
Several of my belongings went missing while in Storage King's care. The company admitted my items were transported on an unsecured platform, a risk that was never disclosed to me. I entrusted my possessions to them expecting a secure service, yet items remain unaccounted for. Extremely disappointing experience, poor handling of customer property, and a lack of accountability.

Several of my belongings were missing after being stored and returned to me. When I raised the issue, I was met with denial, excuses, and what felt like an attempt to shift the blame onto me rather than a genuine effort to investigate what happened.I paid this company to protect my possessions, not to argue over why items disappeared. The lack of accountability and customer care has been absolutely disgusting.
If you use this service, photograph and document absolutely everything before handing over your belongings. Based on my experience, I would not trust Storage King with my property again.
