Misleading information, pathetic service, unit cannot be found, waiting long period to access

Extremely disappointing experience with Storage King. I would strongly advise anyone considering Storage King to think twice before using them. When we booked the storage unit we were advised the unit was the size of a bachelor flat. When the unit arrived , it is nowhere near the size more the size of a shower. We were advised to send 24hrs notice via *** to access the unit so that they could bring the unit out and have it ready for us. The first time we waited an hour only for them to bring the wrong unit. The second time was worse. Once again we waited 1.5hrs and they could not find my unit. To make matters worse one of the employess began harassing my husband, insisting if we are taking any of our OWN thing we need to take everything despite us paying for the storage till month end. My husband was also threatened and this is unacceptable as i am a paying customer. DONOT USE STORAGE KING
