I should have read the reviews!! Storage King is bad news

If it was possible to give a zero rating I would. I should have checked the reviews before I proceeded with this company. I sent them my inventory list, they advised that i will need 1 storage container and 2 platforms for my couches. When the guys came in, they packed my things in 1 container, when they left the premises, everything was in 1 container and the couches were on top of the container. I was charged for a loack, which I paid for, but was advised that since they were coming from somewhere else, they didnt have any locks on them. they had no paperwork on them either. I then contacted teh sales rep asking when my debit order day will be because i had chosen the 26th. to my knowledge my rental was R1777, to my dismay, the denit order went off on the 4th of the next month with charges over 4k. when i enquired about this, i was advised that i have 2 units and they charged for a delivery of the other unit, i asked them what was in the other unit as when the gusy left, they had struggled to close the 1 unit they came with. i asked several times to come to their offices to have it sorted out, but the branch manager is never available. I dont know what kind of business they are running, but they are advertising falsely and robbing people of teh things they hold dear and have worked hard for all their lives.
