The most unpleasant experience. Delays, deceit, obfuscation, and not a matchstick delivered after 10 days, Pretoria to Pretoria. Temu delivers faster from China! And, either no communication or bluffing and blustering. I'm sure this is a **** business

12 May 2025, 08:11Yesterday, Sunday 11 May 2025, the owner of Stompies phoned me to discuss the situation in his business generally, and specifically with the poor service I have received.
There has been an internal staff problem, which he has now addressed, and committed to rectifying all the outstanding deliveries.
I am persuaded to believe his explanation and commitment to rectify matters.
All of us have bad situations from time to time and the measure of a person is what they do to resolve matters.
So, let us see what happens from here on.
