Lies lies and more lies

I ordered 800kg wood, 400kg blue gum and 400kg black wattle. 11 days later no wood was delivered, and nobody ever called to let me know when the wood was to be delivered. I then called Stiaan who is the manager. In total, I called him 5 times over 6 days. He consistently promised that my wood would be delivered. On my 5th call, he said he’d come over and drop it off himself. As expected, he **** yet again and didn’t deliver anything. A week later some random driver called me saying they will be delivering my wood. So in total it took over 3 weeks to get the wood delivered. When the wood arrived, it was some other wood and most certainly wasn’t black wattle nor blue wattle. Worst service ever
