Don’t buy into the social media ads: avoid them.

I bought into the social media hype and placed a small trial order. My review:

There is no communication as to when the order will be delivered. My order was delivered 2 weeks after ordering. For the record, my regular supplier delivers next business day.

The driver contacted me one Friday morning to indicate that my order would be delivered. He rocked up at 20h07. I told him that it’s not safe for me to accept deliveries this late.

He contacted me on Saturday at 16h11 so say he’d be there in the next hour. Who wants to take delivery of wood on a Saturday evening during the rugby?

Don’t bother using the “Contact us” form in their website.

Emails to *** won’t be rep**** to.

If you have a problem, call. But given the complaints here, avoid them completely.
