My money has been taken by Stitch and not given to binance.

I made a payment on BINANCE via Stitch which was supposed to be an instant transfer. I connected by bank account to stitch, the money was taken off my account on SEPTEMBER 2nd. Nothing appeared in my binance account, Binance have yet to respond to me and don't seem bothered so now Im contacting the source who took my money?
