Terrible Customer Service

Pathetic customer service! Ordered steel 3 weeks ago. Denise forgot about our order..phoned them..forgot again..visited them in person.. had excuses...then phoned again..Denise was off from work..spoke to Willem..he didn't know about our order...delivered a week later...after checking the thicknesses of the steel carefully, some were thinner sizes...phoned again..they were out of stock...visited them in person again..Denise said they don't have stock..I asked when they will have stock, and when can they deliver it...then Denise checked with the yard and told me they have stock, they will deliver the next day and exchange the wrong order with the right steel sizes... phoned Denise again the following day.....this time they were out off stock AGAIN... her answer..."the steel comes innand out very quickly " ...WHAT??? We have been waiting for our steel for weeks..doesn't our order take priority?? Denise never came back to us again..still waiting for our steel.......we ordered from S&L because they had a good reputation......however..this lady is a major negative and liability for this company...customer service is terrible to put it mildly.... we have work to do, arrangement to make, and this is the type of service we get....not good, not good at all.
