i am wheelchair bound for the moment went to stewards & loyds springs battled to gain acses to the water pump section and waited for more than 10 minutes not 5meters from the unprofesional staff that ignored me as if im inviseble i left the shop and went to Mica where i were assited imediatly no more visits to that shop thank you

Company needs to know their employees rights
This company is not really reliable with delivery for their customers. Products are good and their random specials are interesting. But the managers who don't how to treat their staff/employees with proper respect, not sure if its because of jealousy. The company used to be good but I'd rather not wanna go here anymore.

PLEASE KEEP THE NOISE LOWER
I'm writing to express my frustration with your Pumps and Irrigation branch. The noise level in your store was absolutely *unbearable*, making it impossible for me to focus on what I needed to do. The staff members on the counter were shouting and screaming over each other, showing zero regard for other customers. Their behaviour has showed a lack of maintaining a professional environment. The young gentleman helping me couldn't even hear me because of the noise. What's even more concerning is the lack of management presence. I asked to speak with a manager and not a single one was there, which explains the chaos. I expect a certain level of customer service and professional environment. This was not it. I'm shocked and disappointed that a store like yours was so chaotic. I hope you take action to address this issue addressing staff training and management presence.

poor customer service
My recent experience with this company is so disappointing,at first everything seemed amazing until 2 weeks back when they had to deliver the remaining order,I've been treated like an idiot,I also requested for the manager to no avail, showing that my concern was not taken seriously,I very much dissatisfied with the customer service,my work is stuck since last week, I've been calling every day only getting empty promises.

poor customer service

Ek is n groot klient vir 8 jaar by die Kimberly tak. Die laaste jaar het hulle diens en houding baie versuur. Ons het nou onlangs n kwotasie op items asngevra. Die prys is per epos aan ons gestuur. Die bestelling met die prys is asn hulle gestuur. Met aflewering sien ons dat dit nie die regte produk is nie en stuur dit terug. By navraag laat weet hulle dat die verkoopsdame op die verkeerde items geprys het en dat die items eintlik dubbel die prys is. Nou weier hulle om hulle fout te erken. On die verlede ook al drama gehad oor my rekening en selfs as jy met die bestuurder praat gebeur niks.
