Substandard water pipe

I purchased middle December 50meter high pressure 20mm water pipe from there Boksburg branch and day later contractors installed pipe underground to find later that pipe is defective with plastic pieces inside as there was very little water flow by returning to branch with samples they replaced pipe for me with a 50meter 25mm pipe as the 20mm stock was aL shorter in stock so I paid again the contractor R1500 for replacement. At this time I was told that in the new year they will disgust matter with there supplier by name of Costa to see if there is any compensation for my expenses. Two weeks ago the replacement 25mm pipe started leaking at multiple places and I had contractors back for 3 Rd time this time I went and bought a replacement pipe from a supplier in Pretoria who assured me he does not use same supplier as Stewart and Lloyd's. By inspection pipe had a mark on the side in full length which was starting to crack and was leaking at this at 3 bar pressure. I took these samples back to them and they admitted I was not only customer with pipe problems and was told this time there supplier will make contact with as I feel they do owe me compensation for the two times I had to pay the contractor for digging up the 50meter of defective pipe the supply me. Two weeks later still nothing from no one.
