Very poor service!! Ordered steel and paid in full. Not delivered on date arranged. Phoned several times with no explanation. Last explanation is that they must not refund but make a plan. When they distributed the steel eventually they asked if we can offload ourselves.... Very inconvenient and unpleasant experience!! Won’t make use them ever again. I thought that the first time was accidental must now I know it is normal
