Poor customer service

<p>I have a vegetable plot and bought a pump suflo pump Stewart and loyds. This pump failed 5 months later. I contacted a lady called Sumari and she arranged that the pump be taken for service in august. I was told it would be quick. However i have not recieved a pump for 3 full months. Have called the managers, sumari and even a guy called Sam and they are just not helpful. They said they will get back to me and they never did. I had to call them and only today in October the 10th did they place the order to get the pump fixed. </p>
