Pay back my money

In fact a one is and upgrad I wish there was a negative 10 to rate the ****py service I have been give by Tito at Stewart and Lloyd's Alrode. This guy promised that I will be refunded within 72 hours I have been 2 weeks he does not even feel the need to give me the progress of my refund. When I call he dismisses me saying he is checking and will get back to me which he never even does. CAN I Please have my money back!!!!!!!!
