Horrible treatment from Stewards and loydds Springs

We bought a Jojo system there and they gave us a bigger pressure pump for a house . On the return the lady *** gave me an attitude to a point where she insulted me in front of the child . I sent her an email then she called and said she was not swearing at me yet I was the only one talking to her . Their 15% handling policy also not fair specially when they are the ones recommended the items bought ... That lady has no respect for the customer . I will never buy anything from them again ....
