Horrible Experience

My husband and I often buy stuff here for our business. Unfortunately it won't be happening again soon. Since their men management thinks they can shout at women employees in front of customers sies shame big man infront of women. They haven't had a clean decent shop in so long , we can never find what we need. The staff are abrupt and rude. There is always this lingering smell of smoke in the shop early in the day there is gentleman who walk through the store often SMOKES, THATS ******* I HAVE ASTHMA HAAIBO he's always making rude remarks and likes to swear in front of us as customers. This same gentleman was yelling at a female staff member or colleague right there in front of us all. He doesn't seem to have customer service skills. I must say for such a professional and widely known company I would think their people receive better training. I will chooose a company who knows how to treat woman. Take note I've been to their Wadeville branch as well and it's the complete opposite type of branch ID rather drive out that way for what I need.
