Bad attitude from Priscilla sales person

Bad customer service from the sales person Priscilla I bought a wrong drill bit when I was in the door I went back to her if she can give me the one that I was looking for. She didn't have it and told me that doing exchange or refund will be a process I will need to give her my ID and bank letter because there's no cash in the counter. The manager came and said she must give us papers for us to get a refund she said it's a long process we will have to wait again
