Zero customer service

Got to sterns 8:40 at a branch that closes 9 looking for a gift for myself after walking in the closed the doors and no one even said hie to me later the sales lady Thembeni asked if she can help I told her I need to try on a watch on my second try I said ill buy it then I saw a nicer one that I asked to see then the lady told me they are closed am I aware I asked her I'm already inside though and she told me that means nothing she has to leave she uses public transport I was so terribly misstreated because she was shouting at me. Funny part 9:55 the transaction was done so why was I harrased for making a purchase. I'm hurt and dissapointed with the sandton sterns no good service and the attitude is beyond bad. Who shouts at a client.
