Yet again....still waiting

Good day, 2nd complaint here, as it's been little over 2 weeks, and no call as per your response.

I bought a watch for my wife 27/09/2016,the watch has 2 year warranty from Sterns Jacaranda. Details I have written in the book: ********** 3540 and H ********** 027892. On 31/07/2017 I received the watch back from repair, Tran No: CA ********** 030411 where the roman numbers inside the face fell off. Now we are having the same problem again, again 2 of these roman numbers have come loose and is lying inside the face.

This is not the kind of quality I expected. I take it back for repair again, and then few months later I may have the same problem. This is for sure a quality issue.

Please advice.
