WRONG PRICES ON THEIR STOCK

On Monday afternoon i went to the store at North gate to purchase a watch which was advertised for 699 and when i was about to pay for the watch i was told the price has increase to 799 and that there was an instruction from the regional manger that if it happens that the same incident appears they should just apologize and tell the customer to go.

They had apparently have received new prices on the day and were yet to change them.My question is was that why should an inventory nightmare of a store affect me as a customer and i found no resolution to the fact let alone an answer only bad attitude from a store manager blaming a regional manager.

I suggest that somebody checks this act out with regards to bait marketing- the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2005.
