WORST SERVICE EVER

Don’t ever buy a ring at Sterns, I sent my ring in because the diamond came loose after all these years, it took a week to get it back. Next day the diamond falls out. Returned to Somerset Mall and it’s been over a week now with no follow up call. I had to contact the store myself. So the question is who the hell does the repairs and where is my ring? Now I will have to contact and find out and there is no sms and no communication
