Worst decision of my life

Just got an urgent notice from sterns saying that if i dont pay my account i will be handed over funny enough approximately 8 months ago i settled my account asking the lady that works there 5 times "are you sure nothing is going to be deducted" this after she convinced me to keep my account open. She even checked if i had no extras on my account magazines etc and nothing. This to me is serious as it could affect my credit record. This is the sterns in Kariega formally known as Uitenhage calledon street. I hope that their top management sees this and does something about it.
