Worst customer service in the universe

On the 13/05/2025 I went to Kolonade Sterns I was assisted by Catherine Motaung the worst customer service delivery I've ever received in my entire life , Poor service, her body language and tone of voice I could tell she's irritated by the job. I bought a watch online from American Swiss on the 24 November 2024, the diamonds were falling out I called customer service I was advised to go the nearest TFG store I'll be assisted I took along the slip and the watch I explain everything she chased me away and said people from online don't know what they saying besides I will be charged you could hear she's not interested in assisting me when I calculate I'm still in the six months warranty but she refused to help I went to Americn Swiss wooow the service was amazing and professional within a minute my watch was booked in. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF MEMBERS, TAKE THEM TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING, I GUESS ALSO FOR COUNSELING they must not bring their personal problems to work.
