Worst Customer Service I have ever received

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I placed an order on 27 November, I attempted to track the order and it said the order number did not exist, it took multiple emails and phone calls for approximately 3 people to tell me that the order doesn't "come up" they will have to get back to me. I sent my proof of payment and order number and am now told they hereby confirm my order and it will take delivery "FROM 17 December". My sister's birthday has come and gone. Hopefully there isn't anyone wanting to order Christmas gifts, you might get it next year Christmas. I'd definitely advise using another store. Had I read these reviews earlier I would not have placed the order. And if you do happen to place an order the number given for enquiries on the email they send you goes straight to voicemail, I tried multiple times on 3 separate days!
