WORSE SERVICE EVER!

I bought a set of jewelry (earrings & necklace). The earrings damaged within a month of purchase. Sterns sent the earrings away for inspection and said it was not a manufacturing fault. They cannot assist me. They did not even offer a solution of fixing it.

The Store Manager did not have the courtesy to call me with the feedback and used her employee. I had to call the Area Manager to get answers in which I had mentioned why they had no solution of offering to fix it for me. He said that some of the jewelry is imported from India & China. That's when He then came back to me offering the service. What was so preposterous is that fixing the earrings costs the same as buying a new set of earrings. which is indirectly telling me that they cannot assist.

I had such high reviews towards Sterns but now I am totally silenced at the service I received. I would rather buy my Jewelry straight out of China than to spend money from a company that's importing it from them.

I will be closing all my accounts from the TFG group as I can take my money else where.
