worse customer service ever

<p>I last wrote regarding bad service I received an email being told someone from head office will be in contact me still there is still nothing this just shows how sterns doesn't care about their customers it's very sad when you ask for your refund and you have to wait for more than five days I wonder how are cerntains issues are being treated according to CPA ACT this is unacceptable</p>
