WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY AT YOUR STORES AGAIN!!!

I purchased my fiances white gold, 3 tone wedding band from your store almost 2 months ago for 8k. The band required resizing. Not once did the coloured lady who assisted us advise that this would change the ring so much that the bottom of the ring became paper thin and looked as if it were about to snap! Beyond livid, we sent it back only to have it come back with the bottom of the ring paper thin again! Not to mention that its obvious to the naked eye that the ring has been worked on! We sent it back AGAIN & only on the 3rd/4th attempt the ring was a little thicker but still looks like ****! My Mom offered to collect your piece of **** on our behalf only to be told the ring isn't at the store & I insisted that they find the ring immediately! They found it a few min later, unmarked in the safe. She proceeded to hand the ring to my mom WITHOUT a valuation certificate! The ring is worth nothing without this! Its basically theft! Cathy said she would drop this off by me and i'm STILL waiting for the certificate! **** Service! **** Jewellery! & I demand that a portion be paid back to me as i'm still not happy with the ring! I will NEVER buy from Sterns again!
