Wedding ring Not returning

I have ask a quotation to fix my wedding ring at Sterns in Kuruman, the problem was that the wedding band at the bottom had broken so they only needed to melt it and just mend it again, the quotation received after they have send it away was R 6000.00 !!!!!! so i have asked them to return my ring without fixing it, currently up to date i have been waiting and phoning non stop for the last month now, they only have to return the ring from the "workshop" and they do not return any calls..... please please assist if possible
