Wedding ring and hand watch broke in less than a year!

I bought my husband's wedding ring, my wedding ring as well as a silver hand watch on the 20th of July 2021 (attached is my bank statement) and the watch on display one of its pins was loose, one of the staff members (lady) tightened it and sold to me....off I went home.

Few days later, I took the ring to a store in Pretoria town (reffered by the Sterns staff) for enlargement because they did not have my size.

2 months down the line, a watch fell off and I took it to The Grove mall (nearest branch) they told me since I have no purchase slip (due to the fact that the wedding was from KZN to Gauteng, it got lost) I had to go back to Menlyn where I purchased it from, okay I did as instructed.

When I got to Sterns at Menlyn they also could not assist me due no slip produced🙉 yet I showed them the transaction on my bank App, I left the store unhappy, disappointed and unassisted ☹️

Few days later I decided to take a watch to a store at Willows where they could fix the pin and it was tightened, sharp! Early this years a watch fell off again at the mall😒 I decided to keep it at home because I knew Sterns wouldn't help me without a slip.

Around November my wedding ring broke where it was extended on 🙆♀️ I kept on wearing it because it was still wearable but went and told the shop owner of an incident and he told me to return it with a fee of R200 oh ok. I decided to take it back after I deliver my newborn.

Boom! Today a whole wedding broke without any damage, heavy things on my hands or washing I was at work😳😳😳

I called Menlyn and I spoke to Charmaine and she said unfortunayely she cannot assist me because these items are no longer under warranty ☹️ my question is why did they sell this watch seeing that its pin is loose? Secondly, where on earth have you ever heard of a wedding that broke?

We trust that Sterns is well known brand that cannot disappoint customers like this and lastly there are no terms and conditions that were read for me as to how long would the ring or watch last, never this is the first.. Otherwise I would have taken them at my own risk or go buy them at a chinese shop knowing very well that they wouldn't last longer 😔.

Please can someone resolve this and come back to me, I cannot walk around with my wedding ring on, this is wrong!
