good day<br> <br> i have logged a complaint on 25 January 2016 about my wedding set that one band came loose and cracked and the repairs is MORE than we paid for the set. Sters rep**** and said that their management will contact me personally, and not 1 phone call till now.<br> i will NEVER do any business with STERNS again as long as I breath!<br>
