Weak rings. Sad engagement

I got engaged in September of this year. Such a special and long awaited moment. However a little more than a month later my dream rings stone started falling out ! I was horrified and sent my fiance back for a refund. We went back again a month after that and purposely chose a ring that had less stones. Sadly not the one I wanted. Now two months later the stone is lose again! This is supposed to be the most wonderful time of my life yet I am stuck with my second engagement ring in less than three months. I am emotionally sad. I sent an email to customer service yet they take long to respond. I want the money back. Pathetic to say the least. Thank you Sterns for making my engagement a sad story!
