Watch repairs.

Good day.

I took my wife's watch in for repairs under warrantee.

The repair was to be done to one of the adjusting knobs on the watch.

Firstly, I was told the guarantee only covers the inside of the watch, then the watch was sent in for repairs but only to be returned with comment "no spares available"

Even wanted me to pay.
