Want my ring back!!!

Good day 2nd October 2020 I took my ring to be cleaned only to find out they no longer clean their rings in the store they requested to take it and to get a quote at vosloorus Sterns then they called back me regarding the prices then I chose not to processes with getting my ring being cleaned then after the call I went to fetch my ring they kept on delaying me saying their safe is broken I should come back any day which I did but still they said the technicians haven’t come to fix their safe

2021 when I went back they told me my ring was ****** during the lottering time then when they checked my records in their system they said they can’t find my name but they do remember me now everyone is quiet even the manager ain’t coming back to me and I truly want my ring back that ring I was proposed with it and it means a lot

Thou I gave them certificate card that my ring it was purchased at sterns and they even saw my ring I was limited edition red diamond
