Very unhappy!

On 5 August 2018, we ordered a Circle Triple Stack Pendant as it was a gift for Woman's day, a week later I phoned them to inquire when it will be ready as they said 7 to 14 days and they confirmed that they don't see my order on their system, (like really) but I received the order confirmation from them. They then phoned me to say that they received my order and will sent it to the branch that I requested to receive it. On 27 August 2018 I had to follow up again with Bayside branch and they said that the Pendant should be in store that week, which was last week.. Today on my way there I popped into the store to inquire again and the lady said that they are still awaiting my pendant to arrive.. Still no word on where and when I will receive my Pendant. Every time I have to follow up with them, they don't keep me informed on when it will arrive and when I contact them they say it's on it's way with the courier, how long does this take?? I am very unhappy with the service and why I should continuously phone them for a item that we ordered a month ago. I want a answer, where is my Pendant.
