VERY POOR SERVICE

Good day I would like to share my very bad experience with you all, from Sterns Boksburg. I went there on the 9th of Jan to give them my wedding ring for repairs of the Diamond that fell out, first of all I was in there for about an half an hour, secondly the lady that assisted me had to ask every employee in the Sterns if my Diamond ring was a sterling silver or white gold, after I told her it was white gold, thirdly she went from one computer to the next trying to book my ring calling all the staff to assist her, fourthly she had 2 staff members with her arguing if she needs to click on quote or not, not even asking me if I wanted a quote. On Friday 17th of Jan I called in as I haven't heard anything from them regarding my ring, the lady that assisted me over the phone said they would call me the next day with the quote amount and if I accept the quote for the ring repairs to be done, and to date which is the 22nd of Jan I haven't heard anything from anyone at Sterns regarding my ring or the quote, I have tried calling them about 5 times this morning with no answer. Now this is the service you give to your clients that support you. I will not refer any person to Sterns at all.
